RUSSELL PILLING
Russ has been in the business for 20 years now and has worked with bands like Hoodoo Gurus, Yothu Yindi, New Christs, Ghostwriters, Died Pretty, Jon Stevens, The Church, The Cruel Sea and Montana. Other than that he worked with renowned international producers such as Jeff "Skunk" Baxter (Steeley Dan),Randy Jackson (Billy Idol), Paul Palmer(Bush, No doubt), Jack Endino (Nirvana) and Dave Holman (The Nelsons).

ANDREW BECK
Starting out in the intense music recording scene on the USA west coast throughout the 90's Andrew worked in various capacities with the likes of Soundgarden recording "Superunknown", Delicious Vinyl, MCA Music Publishing, and Trauma Records, among others.
Since relocating to Sydney in 2000, he has worked with Mental As Anything, Epicure, Sulo, Grinspoon, Modular Lounge, Josh Abrahams/Amiel and lots more.

PEAT HOLZ
Pete is currently completing a masters degree in acoustics at sydney uni, and does live sound for various shows around the city.

DAVE LEARN
Pete Holz is no longer DG's newest Engineer as he is now joined by Newcomer Dave Learn who has stepped straight into a host of sessions.
The pair teamed up for latest Myspace deal artist Maxine Kauter and tag teamed both the main studio and the red stairs for the session! (stay tune for a pic of Dave.)

MARK CIPRIANO
Writer/producer mark cipriano
Mark is greatly experienced at helping young singers and songwiorteters reliase their dreams by producing their work up to a professional standard.
Currently involved with composing for advertising work and jingles as well music editing and mixing duties.;
Mark work works out of the red stairs facilty within the DAMIEN GERARD RECORDING STUDIOS complex
